The second meniscus and cruciate ligament transplant was performed at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine’s Ibn Sina Hospital. The surgery, conducted on March 10, 1995, by a team led by Prof. Dr. Mehmet Binnet, a faculty member of the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology, was successful.
